Growing evolution of Covid-19 epidemiological data
Since the appearance of the first cases of coronavirus in Cameroon in early March 2020, the country now has 12,270 infected people, 7,774 sick patients and 313 deaths. These figures on the Covid-19 epidemic presented on June 23, 2020 by Dr Georges Alain Etoundi Mballa at the Center des Urgence de Santé in the Messa district of Yaoundé, call on every citizen to mobilize to stop the spread of this formidable disease in our country. Health authorities are calling on people to respect and strictly enforce the barrier measures issued by the government and the WHO. In addition, the National Solidarity Fund created by the President of the Republic dedicated to the fight against Covid-19 registers new contributors. The association of professionals of credit institutions in Cameroon, led by its president, Alphonse Nafack, handed over its contribution of 260 million CFA francs to the Minister of Public Health, Manaouda Malachie.
